General
What kind of rides is Waygo for?
City rides, airport transfers and intercity trips in Antalya. You book from the app and get matched with a suitable driver nearby.
What services does Waygo offer?
App-booked taxi rides: city rides, airport transfers and intercity trips, plus corporate transport.
What does corporate travel cover?
Guest pickups, team transport and event rides run in a shared flow monitored by our operations team.
Riders
Which vehicle do you use?
All rides are served by Mercedes Vito. A vehicle carries 1–6 passengers; the price is per vehicle, so the number of passengers doesn’t change it.
What do I see before I request a ride?
Once you choose your pickup and drop-off, you see the route, the estimated time and a fixed fare.
Can the price change during the ride?
No. The price is set in euros and converted to Turkish lira at the CBRT rate the moment you book, then locked; it doesn’t change on the way, even if traffic, the route or the exchange rate changes. Fixed prices apply between the airport and certain holiday areas; other rides use a tariff based on the real road distance. There are no night, airport or rush-hour surcharges.
Does the rider app track my location in the background?
No. The rider app only uses your location while the app is open.
Can I cancel my ride?
At the stages where cancellation is allowed, the app shows a cancel option with a confirmation screen.
Drivers
Which documents do I need to become a driver?
ID, at least a class B driving licence (D1/D for VIP), a criminal record certificate issued within the last 30 days, SRC and psychotechnical certificates, vehicle registration and inspection, compulsory traffic insurance and comprehensive cover, and a municipal / UKOME permit.
What happens after I apply?
Once you leave your name and phone number, our team calls you. We complete the required documents together during the call; when your documents are approved, your account is opened and you can start taking rides.
What’s in the driver app?
You can go online and offline, accept incoming rides and navigate to the pickup and drop-off points.
Safety and privacy
Can I see the driver during the ride?
Yes. As soon as you’re matched, you see the driver’s name, photo, car and licence plate, and you can follow the car live on the map.
What do I do if I don’t feel safe during a ride?
Tap the Safety button on the ride screen. From there you can call 112, report an emergency to Waygo together with your location, or share your trip with someone close to you.
When is my location used?
The rider app uses your location only while the app is open, for the route and the pickup point.
